I am 38 and the heaviest that I have ever been. Even heavier than when I was pregnant. I am miserable, uncomfortable and my confidence is at an all time low. I have a complete lack of energy. Everytime I look in the mirror or at photo's all I see is my double chin and belly. I deal with it through humour and try and laugh about it to cover up how truly miserable I am. But I am desperate to change.
Danger Zone -
I emotional binge eat. If something goes wrong I head for the cupboard. I head for convenience foods when I feel tired. Particularly Fridays and Saturdays. I find chosing things for packed lunch really hard. And need to take packed lunch 4x week. I dont like excersice, it makes me hot and sweaty and I get very itchy and red faced; All the gear and no idea! I get easily discouraged. If I don't lose one week, I get dissapointed and think what's the point!
Good points -
Pretty organised, like planning.
Don't drink alcohol
Enjoy cooking from scratch.
Goals-
I want to set a good example to my children.
I want to be feel comfortable in my body.
I want to have more energy and not feel so tired and sore.
I want to be healthy.
Commitments-
Tomorrow (Saturday) -
Research some healthy meal choices and do an online shop. Also to look into exercise classes.
Sunday-
Weigh myself take photos and to start a diary of my weight.
Ongoing -
I will use this thread to update with meals that I have made each day to keep me accountable.
I can do it !

Feeling great that i've completed my goals that I committed to yesterday and got some exercise.

DAY TWO
Good day.. Returned from holiday, tonnes of laundry to do and unpacking. Didn't order a take away. Made Tofu, sweet potato and pepper wholemeal fajitas to use up bits before food delivery came. Was really nice. All the family enjoyed it.

▪️Couldn't find it. Only the charger. 😫
🟢 Walk dogs. ❌️
▪️Got lots of exercise tidying up and cleaning after returning from a trip away though.
