Hello: I started MFP yesterday and am learning the system. I love the app so far. My only question is regarding recording strength training sessions. It seems like the only way to account for the training is to list each exercise individually with # of reps, weight strength, etc. Is there an easier way to record a 45 minute workout without having to note each exercise? Other than that I am enjoying recording meals and fitness activities.

You can record it under the cardiovascular heading. If it's reps/sets type strength training, use "Strength training (weight lifting, weight training)" using the whole time period including normal between-set rests (but not any long breaks you might take, of course). If it's more fast-paced/high-rep continuous work, you could record it under cardiovascular using one of the "Circuit training" entries. Bodyweight exercise would probably best be added as one of the "Calisthenics" entries.
