So what do you want to do? Do you want to gain muscles or just weight? How do you eat? What exercise are you doing or want to do? Do you go to a gym, have equipment or would like to bodyweight exercises?

Easy. Eat 1000 calories over your maintenance weight for a week.

Another way: just eat normal, and on day 7 a shitload of salt and carbs. Add a bit of strength training, and some more salt and carbs. Should be enough to be 1kg heavier the next day :D

But seriously, TO if you give us a bit more info we'll be able to help you properly and not only make jokes.

It's CICO and the same rules apply for someone losing weight, only in reverse. Eat more than you need and you will gain weight and niner is right, the math works out to around 1000 calories a day.

You mention a goal of gaining a kg in a week, and you mention fitness.

There are ways to gain a kg in a week, as others have specified above. If you gain a kg in a week, regardless of how much you work out in ideally strength-promoting ways, very nearly all (possibly literally all) of the weight gain will be fat, or water retention, or digestive contents on their way to becoming waste, or some combination.

No one is gaining a kg of muscle in a week. It's maybe theoretically possible (or close) with PEDs and the maximum possible response to them, but those drugs are very, very dangerous to your health, not consistent with anything I'd call fitness.

It depends. WHY do you want to loose weight. Are you under-weight? or are you trying to build strength? or trying to build muscle mass/physique? or a woman wanting more curves? The answer will be different for each scenario.
