Are these weight related? Anyone have the same experience? Any thoughts or suggestions are welcome! I have crossed 220 pounds and reached 250 lbs many times in last 10 years Each time my body travels to that 220-250 train station my allergies headaches sinus problems etc eat me up. I can’t think right and suffer day & night. I did notice that weight loss helps but getting to lower wt numbers is never easy.

It may be sinusitis; have you ever talked to your doctor about this?0

I'm not expert, but IMU systemic/chronic inflammation can increase with increased weight. It is part of the "metabolic syndrome" cluster of things, including obesity, diabetes, atherosclerosis, and non-alcoholic fatty liver disease. Inflammation can trigger migraines, and there's a relationship between inflammation and allergies (probably more in the direction of allergies increasing inflammation, though). Obesity can impair immune function, so might make it more likely for a person to get something like sinus infections, or for those infections to be worse symptomatically. Being overweight has a bunch of potential negative health impacts, and the more overweight, the more likely those would be to occur.2
