Long time listener, First time caller! LOLOL.

HI everyone. I've been using My Fitness Pal for a long time. It started out slow in the beginning, getting used to keeping a food journal was weird for me. Eventually, it was like an old habit. In fact, keeping a journal kept me on the straight and narrow, during many weak moments.
Then I got within 12lbs of my goal, and I don't know what happened. Traditionally, I am an emotional eater, but I don't know if I was scared of getting back out in the dating scene, or of the changes that would occur AFTER my goal was met, or if it was something else, but I stopped Journaling, stopped being so mindful, stopped all the good habits that I had been doing. The ones that allowed me to lose 79lbs so far.
Of course that means that I've been teetering with a +/- more 5lbs since then, which has made these past 4mos or so disappointing.
Anyway, I am back, and I am trying to keep & stay motivated. So here I am.
Ready, willing and able to continue on with my newly edited goal of an additional 15lbs. So my loss goal, as of today 8/07/23 is 26 more pounds. For a total loss of....
DRUMROLL PLEASE..95LBS!
Iam thanking all of you, in advance for all your help, and motivational thoughts, statements and prayers. These last 25lbs is gonna take all of that & more, but
I CAN DO IT!!

Yes, but the good news is that you've found out that you can maintain (for four months or so, anyway) without logging. +/- 5 lbs is a perfectly normal maintenance weight range.

    Best of luck!
