I have a hard time saying no when it comes to food when people offer me something sweet or fattening

Refusal skills… they are challenging in a so many ways. (1) The food sounds, smells, is delicious (2) Your friend/co-worker/whomever is giving you a weird look and starts asking questions…. Like “Are you on a diet.”
I wish for both our sakes this all could be an avoidable part of this business called weight loss and health. However, I have found that it’s NOT avoidable and people will offer donuts, cakes, and chips. The best things for me has been packing a lunch, logging food ahead of time, and having an accountability partner (my boyfriend). Best of luck!0
