👋 Hello!!! My name is Jody

I just finished logging in my calories today. I have been on the Keto diet for 5 years and am currently at a stand still. I'm hoping to start losing again with counting and logging my calories. I am supposed to eat 1200 calories a day and had a hard time eating that many. Hopefully it doesn't affect my weight loss. I can't wait to start reading all your stories and helpful tips.
