New to the community

Hello everyone! I have been using MFP for years but have never gotten involved in the community. Over the past 3 years or so, I've lost 60 lbs and become kind of complacent; I've started regaining a little weight and am looking to get back on track before my weight becomes a significant issue again. I have not reached my goal weight, telling myself I would "take a break" and come back to it. Tracking my food was super helpful in the past and I typically do not have an issue working out daily, sometimes I have to give myself a pep talk to get moving. Lol
I guess I am just checking things out, trying to be open to connecting with others who are on the same journey and can share support and motivation. Anyway, I'm looking forward to reading through some posts and doing some more exploring in the app to see how I can continue to strive for my goals with the help and support of the app and community.
