Looking for willpower and motivation!

hello! i’m Fab, an amateur ballet dancer who is currently struggling with her weight. i suffered from an ed for many years and after seeing a nutritionist things were back in control for me and I almost had an healthy and happy relationship with food until… january more or less. in June 2023 things got even worse and I gained 4/5 kg and now I am struggling because I tend to restrict and binge and I don’t always follow my diet plan. I also see a therapist which is helping me to be more conscious about my emotions, triggers etc. is someone else struggling with the same problems? and if yes did you find any strategies?
