Hello! FRESH START, first time using app

Hey everyone:) I think connecting here will make a difference for me on this health journey. I have always been a little overweight. I’m athletic and keep busy but I’m hoping keeping track of calories and being mindful of portions/ which macros is going to be the game changer. I feel good so far! Definitely noticing I feel like I’m eating less but learning how to substitute and not deprive myself. I know where that leads! Straight to the donut aisle (eventually). Wishing you all strength and inspiration to find your groove.
