Units in food logging

Hi everyone! Just started on MFP and tried logging breakfast but when I log my muesli, it only lets me log 100gm?? I only have 30gm. Can we not enter our own amount? Many thanks!

You should see a drop-down arrow next to the 100g. Using this you can log your exact amount by selecting 1g from the drop-down and then entering in grams or using a decimal point with the 100g entry eg 0.3 of 100g is 30g.0

Yes, what lesdarts said. If you see an entry for 1 grams in the drop down menu where the unit is then you can log 30 of those. If you see an entry for 100 grams then you simply log 0.3
The image below is from the website but the app works somewhat similar. I logged 40gr of oats here.
