Good morning! I am starting MFP again for the umpteenth time, however the difference this time is I have a habit spreadsheet that I have put together with some habits I need to break or change. So far so good as it’s helping me to be mindful of behavior I want to change (or begin) which includes tracking every day. Ten days in along with being more mindful of what I’m eating and I feel good!
