How to lose weight and keep lean muscle?

Hi everyone! My name is Joslyn! I am new to this app and would love to gain insight on loosing weight and keeping lean muscle. I have put on quite some muscle but with that my fat percentage has gone up with my weight. Does anyone know what I can do eating and exercise wise? I would truly appreciate any help🙌🏽

    Eat less of what you usually do to come into deficit. If you do resistance training for the whole body and supply enough daily protein, you'll keep your muscle loss to a minimum.
