Today is my start date

I am the heaviest I've ever been at 270 lbs. My health is very much affected by all this extra weight. My first long-term goal is to get below 200. I will do intermittent fasting and eat much more veggies. Would love to have more active friends.

    I started 3 weeks ago at 276. I’m down 13 lbs as of this morning. It’s doable if you are honest with your logging. I use the happy scale app to track my weight. It’s good because even if I have a little up the downward trend is still green. It keeps things in perspective. It also has goals in 5 lb increments. Things are easier if the goals are more obtainable.

    This isn’t my first time here. My fist time I lost 75lbs. Got laid off during COVID and let my discipline go. One day at a time! You’ve got this.
