Hello, my name is Dawn. I've been on the keto diet last year and lost alot of my weight. I came off of it. Now I'm back on. I decided to join because I lost 15 pounds and have been at a stand still for around 3 weeks. So lately I've cheated on the diet, not much but I did. I record everything. Some of my homemade souls are hard to calculate. But from what I understand this should help me. I don't know. I'm just sorting to lose 5 pounds at a time. When I lose that, then I'll focus on the next. I want to tighten up my stomach as well. Plus have more energy. I don't know about really sharing my story. But this is how I am introducing myself.
