Navigating

I can't navigate anything after editing the nutrition, beginning weight and ending weight. No profile picture, not my customized dashboard. If I can't learn how to navigate this app soon, I'm canceling my subscription. I have to be able to operate what I'm paying for. And all these initials to things that people post. Like we are supposed to know what all that means.
