Hi,
I love to do challenges that last about a week. Gives variety to my weeks and something fun to distract me from work stress. I am trying to generate a list of 52 challenges that I can put in a jar and pick a random one each week. I came up with 10. I have things like Drink a gallon of water a day, Do a 15 min youtube workout each day, etc. Do you have ideas for fun challenges I can add to my list? I couldn't find a list online which is kind of surprising.

That's a fun idea! If I were going to make challenges for myself, I think I'd pick things that I know I can fit into each day without stressing me out like:
- Take 10 minutes out of the day to meditate
- Do 20 squats or other body weight exercises of your choice
- Write down three positive thoughts from your day
- Take a walk around the block or do another 10 minute exercise of your choice

Read a book/ebook/etc at least an hour per day
Watch one hour less tv per day
Cook your own food for a week (if you don't normally. Easy is fine)
Think of a theme per day and take 5 photos outside per day (kind of a 15 minutes from home challenge)
Try and find a new hobby and practice it 30 minutes per day (the same or different each day)
get enough sleep each day for a week
rainbow challenge: eat red, then orange, then yellow, green, blue, indigo, violet veggies or fruit on consecutive days for a week (if possible without food wastage)
walk up x numbers of floors per day
throw out or donate one item collecting dust per day
a week of experimenting with no calories drinks (hello sweet coffee) or no carbonated drinks. Could be the miserable week for some

Try a veggie or fruit you've never had before.
Cook a meal you've never cooked (maybe something from a different culture) . . . but if you don't cook now (as some people don't), simplify this down to make one meal from scratch.0 -
These are all awesome! Thanks!0

- Don't eat anything I haven't prepared in my own kitchen
- Use my food scale on everything I eat
- No sweets - just fruit for desserts
- Only drink water, coffee or tea (But not a gallon! Heavens no!)
