I've used this site once before and it really helped, but then I got really discouraged for some stupid unknown reason and I'm back to square one (boooo!)

Good luck to you! I'm coming back to myFitnessPall too. I've been working out at least 3-4 days a week for a few years. I stopped caring about what I ate and I've gained weight! I had the gym fitness expert do a BMI on me and I've gained some fat and some muscle. Remember muscle weighs moire than fat, right? So I'm up to bench pressing 245lbs. I curl 50lb dumbells. I do 200lb crunches on the ab machine, but I look more like Kamala than the Rock! LOL (What an analogy!). SO here I am back into myFitnessPal. I wish you luck! Stay in touch; add me whatever! I'd be nice to have a friend to help with motivation!0

Welcome to MFP..I was off this for a month or two and i gained some weight but i'm back as well and it's a great tool.
