Been experimenting making chocolate truffles and FINALLY got the recipe just right. These are dark chocolate amaretto truffles, with a hint of sea salt, coated in white choc for a bit of crunch. Brilliant fun to make (and eat obvs) but have to be kept in the fridge as there’s no preservatives. (A friend asked for some for her bday so these are boxed for her.)ypb3zjz98bj0.jpeg
