Data lost

All my recipes and meal tracking data has disappeared. I tried opening the app yesterday and it had logged me out, when I logged back in it was synchronizing for ages and now everything is gone. I’ve tried contacting support but no response. Im frustrated and annoyed. Anyone else had this experience?

    There are a few reasons this could have happened, but most often when this happens it is the result of creating a new account instead of logging in to your previous one.

    Sometimes it can take a few days for our Customer Happiness team to reply, but if you don't receive a response by midweek at the latest please let us know so we can look up and escalate your concern.
