Hey everyone! I am looking to make friends on here, just made an account. I am getting Bariatric surgery (VSG) on 09/18/23. My liquid diet starts on 09/08/23. In the meantime, T- 5 weeks, I am looking to eat healthier (lean, high protein, low fat, healthy carbs). Even if you are not a Bariatric patient, I would love to be supportive and be supported.
