Kj Adjustment not switching

Hi there.
I am wanting to enable KJ adjustment on MFP to a negative adjustment, but no matter what I try, it keeps saying that it's disabled.
I have checked the box, both on my computer & my phone browser. Reloaded the website & the app and even deleted & redownloaded the app..
Nothing is working.
Can you please help?
