Depends on your needs?
Net carbs (only available in US and Canada): useless for me, I live in the EU (labels here already show net carbs) and I have no particular interest in tracking my net carb intake
Custom calorie and macro goals per day of the week, calorie goals per meal, being able to turn off exercise calories, guided meal and exercise plans: not relevant for me.
intermittent fasting tracker: not implemented in a very useful way, according to most people who've used it.
Barcode scanner: doesn't guarantee correct database results, but can be handy.
No ads: increases comfort, I guess, and helpful for people with limited bandwidth/data (faster loading time).
For me, free MFP does everything I need.0
