New to the community

Hi Everyone,

I am a 37 year old male who is new to MyFitnessPal. I try to train every morning around 5/5:30am to do weight training and a mile walk or run. I am 5’9’ and 219.6 lbs. My goal is to lose weight and body fat. I take whey protein, glutamine, BCAAs, CLAA, with vitamins and minerals. I do 16:8 intermittent fasting with the exception of my protein shake post-workout.

My struggle is consistency in the gym due to lack of sleep from work and life, and chicken. Chicken gets boring in the foreman grill. Any advice is appreciated.
