Hi, just started premium. Looking for friends to root me on this journey. I workout in a gym 3-5 times a week with a trainer and am health conscious about food (almost too much over thinking it). I’m also a home chef so not afraid to try new healthy homemade food. Unfortunately at 68, it’s easier to tone my muscles versus lose that middle!

    You can do it!! I love the gym too and I know just what you mean about overthinking on the nutrition side. It's where I needed to learn the most, and I'm soaking it up like a sponge.
