Dark Web leak from MyFitnessPal

Greetings, today I received through Google as most people who belong to Google a way of checking what information is on the dark web about Google customers. It informed me that my email address and login name for MyFitnessPal is on the dark web. As far as I know, I deactivated the app a while ago and I'm very concerned about this. I would like some confirmation that my information with you has been deleted.

You're not likely to get an individual answer here, if anyone from MFP answers, they will tell you to contact the help desk.
As for the data breach, there was a leak in 2018: https://www.bitdefender.com/blog/hotforsecurity/myfitnesspal-hacked-150-million-user-accounts-compromised/1
