Another Newbie needing support

I'm brand new here and ready to see how this goes. Due to some pretty major health issues over the last couple of years I find myself at my absolute heaviest. Now that I'm starting to get better I need to try to slowly lose the weight to help improve my health more. I haven't regained all of my strength or energy, but I do continue to get a little better each day. I'm a single mother of 3 beautiful girls and I work full-time. Finding the time and energy to exercise is something that I struggle with. I find it very nerve wracking to put my weight on here where anyone can see it, but I'm hoping that I will be able to find support and motivation with all of you.
