Kickin It Up a Notch

Hey everyone! As my newly-updated profile says, I lost about 50 lbs over the past 1.5 years, mostly through intermittent fasting. Now I'm trying a new diet plan and, for the first time in about 6 months, going back to the gym under the supervision of a certified trainer. Joined MFP on her advice, and so far it's a great app! Very helpful to input meals and calculate cals and macros, and for logging workouts.
My goal is to lose another 45 lbs of fat (although I don't mind less weight loss if I gain muscle) and get from current 32% to under 20% body fat percentage.
Hoping to make some MFP friends and develop a support network as I continue on my fat-loss journey! :)
