How do you cope working odd night shifts

Hi there, wonder if anyone can help? I work odd nightshifts - so one night working, one night off, one night working, one night off - etc....this has really messed up my eating pattern. On the days I come off a nightshift I have Grandma duty and don't get to bed until mid afternoon for a quick nap (or not at all) and then its repeat the process. I have put on a stone since starting doing these shifts....it is physical work so no sitting down. What do you do when you work nights please - do I just track over a 24 hour period? thank you!

I use my night shifts for longer fasting periods. My last meal is usually around 2am which I’ll log on the previous days meals. When on nights I get off work at 6am. I will not eat again until I wake up from sleeping. So that’s roughly 1pm. That 1pm meal will be my bfast.
