Hi there! I want to get back on track and I hope that this app will help me. I've been boxing for the past 7 years and now I want to add judo to my weekly routine. How to do so? Alternate the practice of both and add a strengh and conditioning trainning that is usefull for both!

Hi @javierfernandezdelrio welcome to MFP!
That sounds like a good plan. You might find some help and advice over on the bodybuilding boards;

My journey was a bit different, but sort of similar in a way. I was the obese chick doing yoga, tired of not being able to do a lot of basic things, including simple binds (where you wrap your arms around yourself and clasp your own hands).
As I lost weight, binds became easier (not as much “real estate” to reach around lol) but by then I wanted to do other things, too, including arm balances. I decided to start lifting weights to build my upper body strength to achieve those goals. Not only did I discover a love for lifting but found that the pursuit of yoga and weights are actually very complementary.
Hope you find similar experiences on your journey!0
