    Go to snuggle a friend's baby today at a shower. It's funny how most don't want to hold the baby unless they're sitting down. I got handed the baby the second I arrive, drank wine while holding him, googled something on my phone all with a really sore arm cause I think I've done something to a nerve. He is a super sweet baby

    Watched cocaine bear on netflix (so funny), now morning coffee before chest and tri's in the gym. Since I stopped taking sugar post xmas my weight is going down (despite eating 2,000+ cals a day cleanly) so will need to eat more!

    I couldn’t get into cocain Bear, I tried but just wasn’t for me.

    Hope you had a good session, I also had chest and tris today, usually today is my day off, I take the day after deads off usually cuz I put a ton of effort into them my body needs 24 hours to recover, but I figured today I would do something different. My session wasn’t as good as I hoped but I got through it. Enjoy your Sunday also.

    My thought for here is I hate that the world is in a state where you can’t speak the truth if it goes against the grain. Truth should always be spoken especially when it goes against injustice.

    It never occurred to me that after being a natural blonde, then ten yrs of box dying even blonder, that when I stopped dying my hair and let it grow out at 64 my natural color would be completely different than it’s ever been in my life.
    Brown with red highlights. 🤷🏼‍♀️

    I love that. Once when I was a stupid kid, I used Sun In in my hair (I'm brunette...mostly) thinking I would go blonde but ended up with low key red highlights.
