another new diet fad??

Just saw a picture on fb about someone who said they lost 17 lbs in 3 months but taking Skinny Fiber... oh and also, watching portion side, eating healthier, drinking water, exercising, and lifting weights. Hmmm.... I don't think it was this "Skinny Fiber" stuff haha!

Yes there ARE benefits to eating more fiber :) However, please be cautious when you read about these new fads! :) Your hard work today WILL pay off in the future!
