I have started this program just last week. I do not know how to be friends - is there a place to click to add someone as a friend? Last week we had some really good weather and I got 6000 steps in a day. Now it is hot again so I swim instead of walking. I am a bit older at 65 but still looking to exchange information that will help along this journey. BTW I live in Oklahoma where we have been under an excessive heat warning.

I don't do the "friends" thing here, but I just wanted to say good luck, and you can definitely do this.

Hi, I just started using this app a few days ago(4 days). I’ve been on my fitness journey awhile now but off and on due to work, kids, laziness.

I think this app will help me so what makes more heal decisions and motivate me towards my goals.

Am also doing intermediate fasting (16/8), I’ve done that for four month and stop but I’ve seen tremendous results.

Am 39 years old and I want to work on a healthier lifestyle, mental and physical health.

    Am all in 100%.

43 here and starting over as well! Gained 50lbs since the pandemic and have had a really hard time getting it off due to a busy self employed schedule and eating out a lot. Would love to connect and create some accountability for myself. In need of motivation ❤️

I am starting "again".... what I've learned thru many attempts.. is not to have a huge goal with a deadline thats unrealistic.. I've broken my 40 pound goal into 5 pound increments...I'm doing the 5 pound increments in 4 week blocks.. slow, but so doable. I'm posting my modest exercise attempts (hoping for 3 a week minimum) but will be trying for daily. I am going to check in here daily... good luck everyone, we can all figure this out.. move our bodies, move our minds.
