    welcome!

i am a vegetarian, so i eat plant based proteins (tempeh, edamame, tofu dishes) as wel as dairy like yogurt, cheese, milk.

losing weight is as simple as eating less calories than you burn so your body uses its fat stores. my right formula isn't for everyone. i used to lift heavy, and back then i ate 6 small, protein-heavy meals a day. after injury and a long illness, i got heavy and developed type 2 diabetes, so i went back to the 6 small meals as larger meals made my blood sugar spike higher. so i eat 150 to 200 calories per each of 6 small meals. eating so frequently keeps me from getting hungry.

also finding tasty low calorie snacks/meals add-ons has helped a lot. so do homemade popsicles made from calorie-free soda or water and calorie-free water enhancers. you can also run them through a blender and make a slushie with them.
