I am an almost 72 y/o woman. Thursday morning about 3 am I decided to do something about my weight. A couple of new meds made me hungry all the time & I watched the scale go up & up. So I found this app, installed it & began my journey

I wish you well: Weight management is possible at any age, I'm convinced . . . even though I was a mere youth of 59-60 when I lost from class 1 obese to a healthy weight, after about 3 decades of overweight/obesity. Still at a healthy weight now, age 67. If you commit to changing habits - ideally sensibly and gradually - it can work . . . and the results are worth it, IMO. I'm cheering for you to succeed!0
