Starting Anew

Hello everyone!

I am not really new to MFP but I gained some weight thanks to a foot injury so I am finally ready to start over. I started my journey in June of this year at 177 pounds (I am 5'7") my goal is to drop back down to 140.

I am using fasting along with calorie counting. My metabolism has finally reset in the last few days. I am now down 7 pounds (2 in the last week thanks to the reset). I feel amazing and I don't feel like I am really depriving myself. Since I don't eat breakfast it gives me more calories for Lunch and dinner. I also completely elimnated sweets (I have not had chocoate or cakes in 3 months).

I am taking my time, but I am confident I can reach my goal!
