Low cal filling food tips

Sometimes I get so hungry! if I have a wedge of that laughing cow cheese -25 cal- it helps. Who else has ideas that I could use for those times when I just need a pick me up?
High protein foods seem to help the hunger better than the carbs

I've often seen boiled eggs mentioned as a filling snack.
Low fat Greek yogurt or skyr are options too.

What lietchi said. I also use some snacks that are nutrient-dense (so contribute well to my all-day nutrition).

Low calorie things I like are pickles (not just cucumber - any veggies), sauerkraut, Babybel light cheese or 2% string cheese, whole fruit (apples are especially filling for me), raw veggies (cucumber, tomatoes, Hakurei turnips, among others), puppodums.

Slightly higher calories: Cottage cheese with or without veggies; dry roasted soybeans; crispy chickpeas or broad beans; mixture of plain Greek yogurt with chocolate peanut butter powder then combined with frozen berries (still frozen).

Super interested in this topic! Great tips.

I tend to bulk up my food with low cal vegetables.. Cauli rice is a staple.. putting foods on a bed of lettuce with some low cal dressing…

80-100 cal yasso or enlighten yogurt frozen bar.
I like the laughing cow 25 cal also
45 cal low fat boiled hot dog (really helps an upset tummy too)
140 cal atkins chip bags hi protein and satisfy the chip craving without a huge bag to go crazy over.

A small portion of nuts may help as well… but they are calorie bombs 💣 so have to watch the portion size!
