You have to determine wether it is aerobics either high impact, or low impact, or if it is a kick boxing style. I am unfamiliar with that video, but you can enter it that way. Hope it helps!

you should be able to search on it in the exercise database, if you look up aerobics.
But remember, this is only an estimate, it could be quite a bit off for you, the best way to tell how many calories you are burning is to buy a Heart Rate Monitor. It'll be the best investment you'll ever make, well worth the 50 to 150 dollars you spend for it! Trust me.

You have to contact Beach Body. That is how I found out how many calories I was burning on Power 90. They said between 300-800, depending on how hard you work. So I added the exercise myself and put in that I was burning 400 calories.

There is a really handy little machine they sell at Walmart for $39.84 its called CAL TRAC. Its only available in the store, not online. Anyways you wear it on your side and it keeps track of everything you do even sitting down watching tv, it will tell you how many calories you are burning!! Pretty amazing if you ask me, and its a little pricey, but definatly a good investment to help get the weight off and be a healthier person!!

Good luck with everything, and if you get a chance check out that item online at www.walmart.com
