Not losing the weight!

Hi since last February I have lost 4 stone. I track everything but over the last couple of months I’ve pretty much stayed the same weight. I’ve started exercising a lot more but I’m still not losing weight. Any advice would be appreciated. Thank you

Only three things to do ... Exercise more, cut calories.... Or my real suggestion, patience. People plateau. It happens. If you maintain for 3 months without loss or gain, then that's a victory in cementing good habits. More likely, if you continue what you're doing then you'll make more progress by that time ... Otherwise refer back to the first two.0

no weight loss in a couple months?
you're probably eating more calories than you think. do you weigh and log everything, and did you make sure each database entry was correct? or for a variety of reasons, you're burning less than you think. this can be because you're using a device or app that exaggerates calorie burn, health or other reasons. pretty much every fitness tracker gives an exaggerated calorie burn as do apps like map my fitness. i find the exercise calories given on MFP are about 2 to 3x what i actually burn.1 -
There are mistakes that people commonly make that cause them to not lose weight that we might be able to spot if you change your Diary Sharing settings to Public. Have you recalculated your calorie needs since losing 4 stone? Your needs will be pretty different now that you are ~56lbs lighter. Your calorie burn will be different 56lbs lighter too.0
