Good evening all o/
New Aussie here, been giving health and fitness a solid go for the past 18 months. Made great progress by loosing 30kgs and built back up to 88kgs after discovering the joys of pumping iron! Haven’t ever tracked my intake until now, using my fitness pal to guide me through a deficit with the goal being to be toned for the Summer.
If there are others out there going through a cut or have in the past please reach out, I would love to pick your brains and compare strategies.
