Frustrated

Hi guys, been on a weight loss journey since February this year.
Quit smoking and lost 20lb, but been stuck at 10 stone 2 for 4 months.
I'm watching my calories, running and going the gym. But it's just not happening 😔

    Congrats on the 20 lb loss! As far as being stuck, if it's been 4 months and you have been at the same weight, then you've been eating at maintenance (barring any medications or medical issues).

    Have you been logging in MFP and its telling you that you are eating at a deficit? If so, you may want to re-look at your logging. Are you weighing and measuring everything or just eyballing and using other entries in MFP from other people?

    Good job on the smoking as well! That's a HUGE step in the right direction!

    If you're not losing, then counting is off somewhere whether it be you're eating more than you need to, calculating your workout burns, or just consistency.
