Homemade salad dressing question

I like making enough of my oil and vinegar dressing to last for a few salads; however, I find when I store it in the fridge the olive oil congeals. Any hints on to how I can keep this from happening?

Any time you kep it in the fridge it will do that. I am not sure what brands in the stores do to prevent this.
I just keep it out on the counter if it is just olive oil, balsamic and spices so that doesn't happen.0
