I’m wanting to scan a barcode for Morrisons sirloin steak, is this for cooked or raw weight ?

I’ve bought some Morrisons sirloin steak - I’ve gone to track it and I’m unsure if it’s for raw or cooked weight. Thank you

It should be raw weight unless the the label says otherwise.

I find it extremely annoying that some UK supermarkets are putting "as cooked per instructions" on their nutrition labels, because often I don't want to cook it according to their suggestions.

    I don't shop at Morrison's myself - don't have one nearby - so I don't know their system.

Thank you - I think that’s where I was getting a little confused as it normally says on the label but it doesn’t really say much. Thanks for your help

nutritional information for most things is raw or dry. Things like bacon, for example, will implicitly say on the label "cooked" or "1 pan fried slice", etc. If it doesn't implicitly say cooked on the label, the nutritional information is for raw.
