30 years old, mom of 3 and a mental health therapist. This past weekend I went on a girls trip and didn’t realize how unhappy I was with my physical appearance until I saw myself in a bathing suit, surrounded by beautiful a lot smaller women. I desperately want to have better self esteem and confidence, especially as I have put my wedding off 2+ years now due to my weight. I’m ready to be happy and see myself glow in a wedding dress! Motivation and inspiration is needed as I start this journey! Thank you all.
