Hello everyone, I am new to MyFitnessPal and I’m very nervous. I’ve been on such a bad path with food lately and I’m finally ready to start fresh and feel good about my body again.

    My experience is that once you get going, it becomes easier. I’ve gotten in the habit of logging my food religiously, and it gets to be sort of fun trying to stay under the goal. Don’t look at it like a punishment, look at it as a game or challenge.
