Tricking Myself

I have made working out super convenient by investing in at home machines. I have an eliptical and a treadmill and alternate between them. If I’m ever struggling to get on the machine, I tell myself it’s fine if I get on but only do half the time! For example, I usually do 30 minutes on the elliptical so would tell myself that if I’m having a hard day to just do 15 minutes. Since 30 minutes is the norm, 15 minutes seems very doable. But I always end up doing the full time anyway and feel so good afterwards!
I also have a neon green workout outfit that makes me feels energetic. When I need an extra push to exercise I put on my neon power suit and it works! I end up working out.
These may or may not work for you but I encourage you to find that trick that will help make exercise consistent!

I'm on the same page!
- I love my home gym, best investment I ever made aside from my house
- I'll do the 'just a small workout' trick too when I'm really not feeling it
Definitely worth thinking about/trying yourself, to others reading this 🙂0
