Hi!! I am newbie please add me if you want . joined at 4am in the morning because I can’t cope with my siatica condition anymore. hope I can get some recipe ideas that are quick and easy too. I can’t walk far but hoping to start short and slow to the park and back this week x

Sorry I don't have any recipes for you, but I also had sciatica pain for a long time. It eventually got better and now all that's left of it is a big numb area on my thigh.
I joined because of a bone on bone knee joint. My doctor won't operate till my BMI is 35 or less. So, I became very motivated to lose about 25 pounds in about 60 days.
Now I am down about 11 pounds with 42 days to go. It's really hard staying on the straight and narrow and not sneaking in a treat here and there😕. I have been trying to maintain a 1000 calorie diet each day, sometimes I'm under and sometimes over a few but I am happy with my progress so far.
The app really helps keep me on track with my goals.
