Looking for friends to lose 100lbs and doing intermittent fasting :-)

Hi there! This is totally new for me!
I lost 100lbs in 2015 just walking and counting calories. Life happened and it came back. I’m having problems getting on track so thought having specific time frames to eat AND track would help!

I currently have fibromyalgia and sore everything. I know losing weight will help and that friends help even more. I currently live in Ohio and am 46 years old.

I also used Fitbit to track my steps and average 4500 a day but hoping to gain more as I lose. I’m looking for some buddies who might already be doing this or wanting to start!

    Hi! I am looking for a good reason to consistently use my smartwatch to track exercise, MyFitnessPal, and track eating windows. Also going through some life events too and back pain. My goals are slightly diff… I work remote so just getting out the house and walk/bike/paddle board daily for 30 minutes is good enough for me. It’s a lot easier when you have a friend who wants to do the same things! Happy to join you in this journey. :) I’m in Cali.
