Was on here a while ago but now I need to get to grips with my nutrition especially . Hope you're all doing amazing

Am 41 from Scotland and now weigh 14 and a half st but not so much bothered about my weight more about dropping my body fat % as much as and get my fitness up .

So feel free to add me and mabey help each other
