Greetings!
I signed up today and I am very excited to start documenting the positive changes I have been slowly making to my life.
I know tracking food and exercise is one component of success. I think this will help me increase my awareness of my diet and force me to take an honest look at myself.
Having a good support network is important as well. I hope to be able to learn from those before me and be part of a group working to build a healthier lifestyle.
